Carlos' critical care fund

Hi All,

Friends close to Carlos are organizing this page to help his family through a challenging period. Carlos has courageously fought cancer for almost four (4) years, and his fight, unfortunately, is ending. Doctors have informed the family that Carlos' time is limited (days to weeks). Therefore, we are asking for donations to help alleviate his family's financial burden so they may grieve peacefully. In addition, we ask that with each donation, you share your favorite moment with Carlos so his mother can read all the fantastic stories about her beloved son. If you did not have the opportunity to share a moment with Carlos and donate regardless, then we thank you for your kindness in advance.

In May 2018, Carlos experienced a seizure for the first time. Carlos was admitted to the hospital on a Friday night, and his brain was operated on by Monday morning. Doctors later informed him and his family that he was diagnosed with stage three anaplastic astrocytoma (Stage 3 Brain Cancer). For more details, please refer to the following link:

Carlos wore his heart on his sleeve and always showed his admiration and love to family and friends. He showed love to friends and family by selflessly putting their needs before his own, consistently encouraging loved ones to be their best selves, and bringing a smile to others. Carlos will be remembered as a hardworking, supportive, encouraging friend, brother, and, most importantly, son.

Amigos cercanos a Carlos están organizando esta página para ayudar a su familia durante un período difícil. Carlos ha luchado valientemente contra el cáncer durante casi cuatro (4) años y, lamentablemente, su lucha está llegando a su fin. Los médicos han informado a la familia que el tiempo de Carlos es limitado (de días a semanas). En mayo de 2018, Carlos experimentó una convulsión por primera vez. Carlos ingresó al hospital un viernes por la noche y su cerebro fue operado el lunes por la mañana. Más tarde, los médicos le informaron a él y a su familia que le habían diagnosticado astrocitoma anaplásico en etapa tres (cáncer de cerebro en etapa 3). Carlos llevaba el corazón en la manga y siempre mostró su admiración y amor a familiares y amigos. Mostró amor a amigos y familiares anteponiendo desinteresadamente sus necesidades a las suyas propias, alentando constantemente a sus seres queridos a ser lo mejor de sí mismos y brindando una sonrisa a los demás. Carlos será recordado como un amigo trabajador, solidario y alentador, hermano y, lo más importante, hijo.
