Hello Family, Friends, and Compassionate Hearts,

We are setting up this GoFundMe page to assist with the medical costs for my brother Carlos, who for last six weeks has been battling with a grave illness. With a few weeks of being intubated and induced into a coma, as well as a terrifying night of cardiac arrest where he had to be shocked back to life, and finally doctors initially speaking of transitioning him to hospice care, this has taken an immense toll on Carlos, and our family.

But God! Who is rich in mercy, has turned things around for Carlos' good, and he is on track to receive complete healing and restoration in his body!

Reason for Assistance with Medical Funds:

On this road to recovery, Carlos has been hospitalized far from home, and we have spared no expense to be by his side. Tens of thousands of dollars have already been spent on travel, accommodation, and supporting his needs.

Currently, due to having had a severe respiratory infection, his lungs have been compromised, and he is unable to sustain oxygen without the assistance of a machine. This adds another layer of complexity to his recovery and necessitates ongoing medical care and attention. Also, in order to continue his fight for recovery, Carlos needs to be transported back to Atlanta via ambulance, incurring further expenses.
