Carlos Montelongo Medical Expenses

My son Carlos is a kind hearted young man who is lucky to be alive. My family and I are very blessed he is still in our lives. On Thursday morning, I was awoken to every parents worse nightmare. A civilian called to notify me that Carlos had been in a terrible accident and was headed to the hospital. The ambulance rushed him to McAllen Medical Hospital with internal bleeding, organ damage, and an unstable lumbar. He was quickly taken into surgery where he was opened up from his stomach to check to see where the blood was coming from. He had 100+ centimeters of small intestine and sigmoid colon cut and reconnected. He is currently in intensive care and is prepping for another surgery to repair his fractured spine and ligaments. He will be out of work for a couple of months to recuperate and receive therapy. I will also be taking time off to be by his side as much as possible. We are requesting prayers so he can have a speedy recovery.❤️ Any donation is helpful to relieve some of his medical bills and missed days.
