Help Carlotta Return to Kenya
Hi friends!
My name is Carlotta Tiews. After graduating high school in 2014, I took a semester off and moved to Nairobi, Kenya for 6 months as a missionary. There I worked with the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, helping as a nanny and learning about the lives of our missionaries overseas. It was an incredible, life-changing experience and I am humbled to this day by the support I received during my time there.
Now, two years later, I am honored to have been asked to return to Kenya in May of 2016 to serve as a communications intern for 6 weeks. My responsibilities will involve traveling around Africa, taking pictures and collecting stories in order to publicize the amazing work that our LCMS missionaries do.
However, I can't go back without your help. I am humbly asking for your help with flights, visas, and medication to protect me against malaria (Malarone).
Please prayfully consider supporting me. I would be so grateful to have the chance to return to Africa and support our LCMS missionaries.
Thank you!
