Carlow and Kilkenny Home Care Team

Hello everyone, on the 21st of September myself, Sarah and Aoife will be trekking for 13 days to reach Mount Everest basecamp (5,364m)

We wanted to use this opportunity to raise funds for the Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care Team. This is a small voluntary organisation which provide a palliative care service for patients with cancer at all stages of their disease
