Carmen Metzler

Hi, my name is Sara and I'm fundraising to help out my co-worker and friend. Carmen is pregnant with a little girl that is due at the end of July; however, that little girl is wanting to come a lot earlier than expected. On Tuesday, April 4th, Carmen left work to attend what she thought was a brief appointment with a high-risk pregnancy specialist. This appointment led to a sudden hospitalization when she found out she was dilated to 3cm. The doctors have told her that she will need to remain in the hospital until the baby is born. As you can imagine the stress of this new situation has her feeling overwhelmed especially compounded by wanting to be home with her 2 boys, not being able to work, worried about paying regular bills, not having more time to prepare for the baby's arrival and mounting medical expenses. I'm hoping to raise some funds to help ease some of her stress.
