Carol - Medical - Arctic German Shepherd Resc

Hi, my name is Susan. Carol is my sister and she needs your help. She has just been diagnosed with cancer. Like many she has no insurance. She is the owner of Arctic German Shepherd Rescue AGSR ( and Malinois). Before she devoted her life to the care and rehabilitation of these sweet babies, she was a firefighter, always being of service.

She lives in Fairbanks, Alaska. She has given all she has to 100’s of dogs that have come through her rescue. It is a mission of love. She has experienced unbelievable heartache with what she has seen. The absolute worst of human kind. Sure some are puppies just looking for a home, but others have had it tough. They have to be shown it is okay to love and trust a human. Some are never able to be placed with anyone other then my sister, while others have found their forever families. She’s constantly taking care of them, whether it is fighting for their release from abusers, medical, or rehab - she is there.

Now it is her turn to feel the kindness of other humans. We don’t know the cost or toll this medical journey is going to run. What we do know is that she was admitted July 20th to the hospital with a mass in her colon. No one gets in to rescue with the goal of getting rich. There is no medical plan or 401k to fall back on.

I know money is tight for everyone right now. The dogs need my sister. I need my sister. All money donated will go to Carols care and medical bills. Carol set up a donation page and Amazon wish list years ago for the puppers. It’s now time for her.
