Carol Peters Lung Transplant

My grandma, Carol Peters, has been diagnosed wth chronic COPD and has been on oxygen treatment for over five years.  She was recently approved for a lung transplant but has to travel 1000 kms to Toronto for the transplant and after care. Her stay in Toronto will be up to one year by the time she is prepared for the procedure until the after care is complete, starting in November of this year. She will need any financial help anyone could offer to help with travel and accommodations through this tough time. Any help is greatly appreciated.
