Funeral Donations for Carol Renee Mercer- Mother, Grandmother, and dear friend to countless others.

Dear family and friends,

You may know our mom, Renee, from her work with Vanderbilt Student Health, Cohn High School, Park Avenue Baptist Church, years working in the school systems, or helping raise kiddos, out of her own home. Or you just might be one of the people Renee loved endlessly.

Unfortunately, our mom passed away, suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 16, around 8 PM.

As her daughters, we have started a funeral fundraiser to help alleviate the cost of her funeral expenses.

After unexpectedly losing our dad a few years ago, our family was not prepared for the high cost of another funeral so suddenly, and during this difficult time, we are reaching out to family, friends, and loved ones for any help.

Please consider donating if you can, as any amount will truly help. It would mean a lot if you could share Renee’s funeral fundraiser with others who knew and loved her, so her loved ones will be comforted during these difficult times. Anything donated that exceeds the needs of funeral costs will go towards what our family will need to take care of her home and any other necessary costs.
