Carol's fight

Carol Balzano has been a Florida Native for 17 wonderful years. As many of you know she is originally from Syracuse New York, and is survived by husband Nicholas Balzano. She also has two beautiful daughters Nicole Hodson and Andrea Balzano who is expecting her first child. Carol also has two other loves in her life in addition to her daughters; cooking and her beautiful grandson "baby Bobby". Carol is the true meaning of an"Italian Mother" she has a tremendous love for family and friends and she often shows that through her passion for cooking. I think that's why we also love her so much! :) Bobby, who calls on Carol by "my nonna" shares a very unique and special relationship with her. These two have an unbreakable bond and it's truly something to witness. Carol recently began working for Bobby's daycare, she really has a knack for children. On March 10th 2015 Carol arrived to work like any other day feeling great. Mid afternoon she suddenly began suffering from a seizure in the classroom. After several tests and exams Carol has been diagnosed with a brain mass within the left posterior temporal lobe. The last few days have been very difficult and extremely exhausting for the family. Carol has a long road ahead of her with treatment, recovery, and medical expenses. To help defray some of the cost that has already accrued; Carols family and close friends would gratefully accept donations to help ease the financial burden.
