With profound sadness, we share the news of Caroline Beverly Mhlanga’s sudden passing on October 24 while travelling in Peru.

To honour Caroline’s remarkable life, we are raising funds to bring her home to Alberta, Canada, for a Celebration of Life worthy of her memory. The unexpected costs of her passing abroad have created a financial strain, and we invite anyone touched by Caroline’s spirit to help us reach our goal of $40,000 by November 15. Contributions will go directly toward covering repatriation and funeral expenses, easing Natasha’s burden during this difficult time.

Caroline will be lovingly remembered for her zest for life, adventurous spirit, vibrant outfits with matching hats, infectious smile and unwavering dedication to her family, friends and faith. Caroline’s beloved daughter, Natasha, was her greatest pride and joy, and her faith and laughter will remain in our hearts forever.

Caroline’s faith was integral to her life. She often sought opportunities to help others, sharing the blessings she received from God. Her love for life was apparent in her adventurous spirit and her travels. She also found joy in cooking and hosting friends and family, creating opportunities for laughter and storytelling. Known for her wise advice and willingness to speak her mind, Caroline stood firmly for truth.
