Carolyn Atkins

If you've ever eaten at Four Seasons Restraunt in Powhatan, Virgina, then you are sure to have met Ms. Carolyn. Ms. Carolyn has been serving tables and this community for 15 years. At Seventy years old(yes you read that right)! Seventy years old Ms. Carolyn supports herself, husband, daughter, grand daughter, and two great grandchildren off of her income from working at the restaurant. She drives one hour one way to work, is always on time, never calls out, and is ready to work and serve this community with a smile on her face at all times. She is always putting others needs before her own and would give anyone the shirt off her back. Due to an unfortunate accident she has broken three vertibrae in her back and at this time is unsure of when she will be able to return to work. Because her family relies solely on her income, you can only imagine what kind of financial burden this has placed on her. I have decided to start a Gofundme account for her in hopes that we can come together as a community to help relieve some of her worry and stress financially in her time of need.
