Hi Everyone!

My name is Nina Mothershed and I am organizing this fundraiser for Carri Finney and her two sons. They lost their home in a devastating tornado on December 9, 2023. These funds will help them get back on their feet and assist Carri in providing Christmas for her family.

Why I'm fundraising

Saturday, December 9, 2023 a tornado ripped through Middle, TN creating devastation and the loss of lives and homes for a lot of TN citizens. One of those people is Carri Finney and her two sons. Carri lives in Hendersonville, TN and was at home during the time the tornado hit. As most can imagine, she was scared, shocked, and watched her life passed before her eyes. Thankfully, the Lord was with her and not only spared her life but left her injury free. Unfortunately, her house is a total loss. Although she has homeowners insurance, it will cover enough to replace everything especially here at Christmas time. Carri is one the most kind, caring, hard working, and selfless individuals that always puts others before herself. Being a single mother she is the true definition of moral character and devotion to others.

The impact of your support

The donations you provide will go to the replacement costs of clothing, household items, furniture replacement, food, and most of all being able to provide Christmas presents for Carri's 2 sons. Anything you are willing to donate would greatly appreciated!
