Carrie Ahrens. A rare soul, truly missed.

On July 11, 2023, Carrie passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at home. Carrie was loved by SO many, and was the definition of the word KIND.

Carrie's husband Curt, daughter Ava, her family, and countless friends-especially her treasured students she worked with- will truly miss this beloved, unselfish, dedicated, loving Mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, educator and friend.

Our goal is to raise funds to help cover funeral costs and other expenses. By shouldering these financial burdens, we hope to ease the weight on their shoulders, allowing Carrie's family time to grieve, then focus on healing and finding peace in Carrie's memory.

Her name was Carrie, her name means "Free". Fly free, our friend. We love you.
