I know that all who knew Carrie Mangels Phelps were inspired by her, and by her loving husband and soul mate, Todd. Carrie has began her new life today, and is no longer in pain. After battling cancer for the last five years, there are a lot of expenses that were incurred. Therefore, I am giving a donation to GoFundMe to a Carrie Phelps Memorial Find. If any of Carrie Phelps' friends would like to do the same, that would probably have a more long-lasting effect than the gift of flowers . While flowers are wonderful, sometimes there are other ways to remember someone.
