Carrier Puerto Rico Emergency Funds
Donation protected
The core of Carrier Puerto Rico has always been the employees - our family and their safety.
With the recent and tragic damage Hurricane Maria caused on Wednesday September 20th. It has left a historic trail of destruction across Puerto Rico.
Its powerful winds carving holes in the walls of 300-year-old homes, flooding neighborhoods, sucking metal roofs off buildings, downing 100-year-old trees and leaving the entire island without power.
It has left 100 percent of the territory without power. Officials predicted that it could take months to restore electricity as rescue brigades ventured out to assess the toll of death and injury.
Puerto Rico and our employees face numerous obstacles as it begins to emerge from the storm.
We want to help and would like to ask the friends and vendors of Carrier Puerto Rico to help as well.
Our goal is provide our Carrier Puerto Rico families support during these very difficult times and get our families back up to normality as much as possible. We are immediately exploring all options on how to get this done. It will take time but with everyone’s support we can get it done sooner.
Carrier Puerto Rico is making an initial contribution of $5,000 to these efforts to help in the restoration of this “Beautiful Island” and assist our employees getting power which they desperately need.
In addition to your contribution, please join us in keeping the good people of these stricken areas in our thoughts and in our hearts. You can keep your donation anonymous if you choose.
Thank you for your consideration.
