Helping get Cartelo get the justice he deserves ️

Hello, my name is Jenuen and I am raising money to help my family bring justice for our beloved baby boy Cartelo. Cartelo was a almost 2 year old American Pocket Bully full of life, healthy, and well loved. Fetching & chewing sticks was he’s absolute favourite besides squirrel toys, teddy’s and belly rubs. He has never had any past health issues and was a healthy pup. Unfortunately on the morning of Sunday June 16th we got a call from a contracted pet sitter through Rover app that Cartelo was found dead under their care. The morning of Saturday June 15th we dropped off our 2 dogs Cartelo & Spicy to Jessica Kippen who was a verified well reviewed pet sitter & dog boarder on the Rover app. When he arrive to the home my partner chatted with Jess(pet sitter) about feedings and advised her NOT to take the dogs on a walk or have them outside for long because it was hot day. She agreed everything checked out so the our two dogs were dropped off. Sunday morning at around 8.30 am we get a text and call from Jess our dog is dead. Not really understanding how this could happen we proceed to ask questions and she doesn’t have any answers. We advise her we are on our way and made our way to her home. When we arrive she is ready at the door with our other dog who is extremely thirsty as we proceed to ask about our other dog Cartelo she notifies us that she put him in her freezer… so now we headed inside and started filming and documenting because this situation is becoming very suspicious. She mentioned that the night before he didn’t really eat and he wasn’t breathing he’s normal. So we asked her why didn’t she notify us or get him to a vet for medical attention? She said because I know bully breeds this is normal. I proceeded to let her know she doesn’t know he’s normal and because it’s not her dog her responsibility as a pet sitter is to contact the owner right away of anything that seems abnormal or raises concern or safety of my dog. You don’t get to make those decisions on your own without notify the owner first. She neglected my dog Cartelo, when we went upstairs to see where he was being kept the room was filthy, hazardous, and hot without any type of ventilation. She had two other rooms with the doors closed, you can hear dogs barking in the rooms. She denied us entry into those rooms to check in on them and their well being. She showed zero signs of remorse towards what happened to Cartelo under her care or even the way she discarded my dog in her freezer like he’s garbage. This money will help us bring closure to our family by aiding us in proceeding with investigations with government agencies & possibly civil suit, postmortem(necropsy), cremation, legal fees for lawyer for investigation. Our goal is to bring awareness but also get justice for Cartelo and all the other pets and families that have fallen victim to Jess Kippens who never cared
