Asking for help for the family of Carter Fowler, a Vietnam Veteran and Bronze Medal Recipient. Carter was a beloved Father, Grandfather and Friend. Carter was in the Army who served his country proudly for 7 years before honorable discharge. Carter was a man of few words but was loved by so many. Although he was intimidating to some, he was the biggest softie and had the biggest heart for those he loved. He showed his immense strength and stubbornness until the end. He always had a smile on his face no matter where was. He was the strongest man many have ever known.

Why I'm fundraising

Because Carters death was sudden and unexpected, the family was unprepared to put money up front for all the additional expenses as they navigate the death from multiple states away. Carter was diagnosed with a very aggressive Cancer two and a half weeks ago, and passed away at 77 years old on December 31st, 2023 in the hospital awaiting chemo treatment.

The impact of your support

Carter's last wishes were for his ashes to be spread over his family farm in South Haven Michigan. If you are able to donate $1, $5, $10, any support is extremely appreciated by the family for Cremation and Memorial Services, to help the family accommodate his wishes with the honor he deserves while holding his memory close.
