Carter Thomas Passed Away on Friday March 6 2020. He was 3 years. He left behind a sister Charity Thomas a brother Jaiden Glaster and His Mother Chunteria Glaster. He attended The Children's Place CDC. His favorite cartoon was PJ Masks. He was a very energetic child who loved to smile. We really need your help from our Family and Friends to put Carter to rest and give him the proper burial he deserves.
