Carter gained his wings

Carter was born on Sept. 9th 2021. Carter was a shining boy with so much to give this world. Carter passed away on July 22nd unexpectedly. With such a tragedy any help would be greatly appreciated. We are asking for help with funeral arrangements and a plot as he was so very young this isn’t something we would have prepared for.
