THE SYSTEM FAILED HIM. His father has been fighting for custody of him since June of 2023. DSS had been involved as well as the Council for Children’s Rights whom was assigned by Judge Christy T. Mann (whom watched him scream, cry, kick and beg in the courtroom to not have to go with his biological mom, the one whose care he was in while shot). They all have been overlooking the genuine concerns of abuse and neglect, backed by evidence, that his father has been presenting in efforts to protect his son, making his father feel like he was trying to alienate him from her instead of trying to protect him. His mother has previously lost custody of her 2 other kids by DSS years ago just to give you insight into bio moms history and the risk he was in this whole time. She was on drugs when she gave birth to him and he tested positive for cocaine and marijuana in his system. There were so much evidence we prepared and sent over to prove he was unsafe with her. Because he was a man they were biased and were slow to react and as a result this has happened.

His father found out about this incident hours after this incident took place by the news, he was not contacted and when we rushed to the hospital we were told at the hospital that he couldn’t see his son due to them saying his body was transported away. His body is still within the hospitals morgue. As of now we have yet to still see him but she has. Why she isn’t in cuffs we don’t know. Again because he is a father he is not being treated with the same respect that they've been given her.

His father does have 50/50 custody after originally being gave the full custody but again due to bio mom filing false charges and using the made up charges to file for temporary emergency custody, and then sent the court paperwork for the hearing to the wrong address causing him to miss the hearing, which resulted in her getting the 50/50. Since then his father has been fighting continuously to gain back full custody of him.

REGARDLESS OF WHAT WAS SAID THIS WAS NO ACCIDENT! And DSS, Judge Christy T Mann, Sarah Vimont (CFCR attorney) Shamika Dalomba (volunteer attorney), Kristen Hayden (child advocate) , needs to take RESPONSIBILITY.
