Carter Thompson 3 Peaks Challenge!

Please join us in raising money for the OpenWork Foundation!

 

The Carter Thompson & Associates team has decided to challenge ourselves in June 2022!

 

We aim to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge, 24 miles over the Yorkshire dales, in 12 hours or less!

 

Our team includes people of all ages and with varying levels of experience. Furry friends will be joining us along the way, not to mention 'The Back-Up Babes' aka Debbie and Amy, who will be on standby with refreshments and a first aid kit in case of any mishaps!

 

We aim to start and complete the challenge as a team, which may be a challenge in itself! However, we are determined to show our passion and support for the Openwork Foundation.

 

The Openwork Foundation grant programmes support vulnerable children and adults in the UK and overseas, and they have donated over £20.8m, impacting the lives of nearly half a million people.

 

Here are some examples of grants The OpenWork Foundation have previously awarded; salaries for specialist staff in hospices, respite for carers supporting vulnerable people, adventure playgrounds for disabled children, medical equipment and mobility equipment, hydrotherapy pools and hospice conversions, specially adapted minibuses and hearing dogs for deaf people.
