Carterville Lions Club Scholarship Competition

Hello Everyone! We are your 2023 Carterville Lions Club Scholarship Competition candidates. We are raising money to benefit the Carterville Lions Club. The funds each of us raise is factored into a percentage of our scores and bring us one step closer to becoming your Miss Carterville Lions Club, Miss Carterville Lions Club Teen, Miss Carterville Lions Club Pre-Teen, Little Mr. Lions Carterville Club, or Little Miss Carterville Lion Club.

The Carterville Lions Club is a 501(C)(4) organization, whose mission is to empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding. Through fundraising, together we can help fulfill this mission and continue their work. The Carterville Lions Club provides free eye and hearing screening throughout the year, purchases eyeglasses for children and adults, and they have purchased vision devices for children, including a Plus Optix eye screening device to name only a few of their service projects.

We appreciate any and all support of the Carterville Lions Club and in helping us to compete for the titles of Miss Carterville Lions Club, Miss Carterville Lions Club Teen, Miss Carterville Lions Club Pre-Teen, Little Mr. Lions Carterville Club, and Little Miss Carterville Lion Club. In the words of Helen Keller, who challenged Lions to become knights of the blind in the crusade against darkness, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
