Carver Park Apartments Water Bill

I was targeted by the City of Texas City Code Enforcement and the Fire Marshal in January 2020 to have my complex demolished and tenants evicted. The city officials sued me in court and the case was dismissed on November 18, 2020. One week before my court date, the city sued me in District Court to have my tenants evicted since they knew they were going to lose their pending case.
Now the residents have to be out during the holidays with no place to go during this pandemic. I am continuing my legal battle so the residents do not have to move during the holidays. Most of the residents remaining are older, ill, failing health, or low income. The City harassed and bullied me and the residents and most of my tenants left the complex which has left me with the inability to maintain my payment agreement with the water department. With the loss of so many residents and non payment of their rent before they moved, it has placed me in a very difficult position. I want to continue to make sure the residents have water service and not have any interruptions during their holiday season. I will be forever grateful for your assistance.
The funds collected will only go towards the water department payment and I only want to reach my goal and I will need to make my payment on or before December 30,2020. I know 2020 has been a very difficult year but if you can help the residents during this holiday season I will be forever in your debt. https://www.fox26houston.com/news/some-apartment-residents-in-texas-city-are-facing-homelessness-for-the-holidays?fbclid=IwAR2Myl3Ni81iSU3XKeJKO1rkZr0fb_l-jQo8iMWiBRZIUvMnTF3wSDHWmo4
