Dear Loved Ones,

We're buying a house! With G-d's help and hopefully your help as well!

The video above says it all but here we will share a bit more details.

Of course all I should say is that we have a delicious almost 1 year old who deserves the world but just in case that doesn't convince you...here's some more context :)

We have been in nonstop motion since we met three years ago and got married two years ago. That's also why we haven't been in touch with so many of you so even if you can't contribute to our home, this is also our way of updating you a bit on our lives and we'd love to hear from you and reconnect!

We landed in Pomona, NY. Pomona is a very unique place that is a cross between the secret garden, "country life", and brooklyn.

If there was a dream I didn't know was possible, it's religious Jewish community with families that have their own chickens and goats. And then today we added bears taking naps in the tree tops to this dream.

HOW did we get here? G-d put us here and has shown us our mission and purpose here currently. We are intensely involved in guiding people through deep healing of trauma, self doubt, emotional distress, medical diagnoses, crises of faith, and so much more.

And now we've been guided to buy a home. Stop being on the go and wondering what's next, and actually have a place of our own...for ourselves and those we are here to help.

And we need your help to make that possible.

Every family deserves a home and especially given that we've both been traveling between coasts and continents for so long, helping us feel settled is one of the most meaningful gifts you could give us.

We have put every thing we have into the down payment and we need some help to also have enough for closing (approximately an additional $40,000). We also need funds for immediate repairs in order move in and construction for the Geula Healing Institute facility which will be in our home. Of course we need to continue to serve our community without interruption so we need to get our center up and running right away.

There are many ways you can help us have a home! Every dollar will make a difference in our lives.

3. You can purchase art!

You can own Adam's art by ordering through Adam's Website or call us to commission your own masterpiece infused with the energy you want to call into your life and your home!

If you want to bring particular energy into your home and want to know which of the prints online would be good for that, just give him a call and he can suggest what would be a good fit for you.

4. You can purchase other fine art from artist's that Adam represents. We are currently selling six mind-blowing oil-on-canvas pieces by Armando Martinez.

How we will use the money:

$8,000 Toward closing costs

$11,000 Repairs on the house that need to happen immediately in order for us to move in

$7,000 Geula Healing Institute construction - it needs a new floor, paint, lighting, and a bathroom! (plumbing already in place thank G-d) (Remember that anything toward this can be a tax deductible donation)

$26,000 Total for the Hernandez family to have a home

Why are we buying now if we're still short on funds?

Great question! Statistically, people who rent are less likely to save and we can see that in our lives. We have saved so much of a down payment plus found a great deal on a house that works for our needs, that we realized we have to just go for it. It could take us significantly longer to set aside the rest of the funds (especially while prices go up) plus what we have already saved becomes too tempting to spend.

We've gotta jump all in NOW and since in the grand scheme of things, $8,000 toward closing costs when we've already pulled together the $90,000 down payment doesn't seem like so far to stretch with the help of our loved ones.
