Give the gift of kilts to Cascadia Pipe Band!

Donation protected

Thank you all for your generosity! Because of your donations, we've achieved our initial goal of $5,000 in less than one week! We honestly didn't expect this kind of response and all of your support. Thank you!

The reality though is kilts for the entire band (27 members) will cost considerably more than what we've raised. Additionally, there are additional expenses like drum cases, drum parts, and miscellaneous items for the bagpipes the band needs in an ongoing capacity.

Because of this, we're increasing our stretch goal to $8,000. Any additional funds we raise will offset the financial commitment of our individual members to pay for kilts and other items band needs.

Some feedback we've received is that people wish they had more time to donate, message received. We're keeping the fundraiser open through the end of the year. There is of course zero obligation to give, but we appreciate any and all further donations.

Thank you again and from all of us at Cascadia Pipe Band, happy holidays!

Cascadia Pipe Band needs your help! The band is seeking donations to purchase matching kilts for the upcoming competition season.

Since forming in 2021, the band has doubled in size to 27 musicians! Outfitting the group is no small feat, costing thousands, even with used gear and kilts. No contribution is too small. We appreciate your assistance!

Budget-minded kilts cost anywhere from $400-$600 each. Feeling generous? Make a donation to outfit your favorite musician!

Want to hire the band? Contact us about your event, the scope of performance needed, your budget and your desired headcount–be it the entire band, a mini band or a solo piper.

Started in the fall of 2021, the Cascadia Pipe Band is the greater Seattle area’s newest competitive pipe band. After a successful debut season, Cascadia Pipe Band was promoted by BC Pipers to grade 2 for the 2023 competition season.

It’s been more than 30 years since Seattle has had a competitive grade 2 band—since the City of Seattle Pipe Band, which dissolved in 1990.

Thank you for your generosity. We hope to see you in matching kilts at next year's highland games!
