Cash Aid for Outdoor Workers Impacted by LA County Wildfires
Tax deductible
Our hearts are with community members, families, small businesses, and everyone impacted by the ongoing and devastating wildfires burning in Los Angeles County.
To support our fellow Angelenos during this difficult time, Inclusive Action has launched an emergency aid fund that will provide $500 in cash assistance directly to “open-air workers” – people whose jobs require them to work outside (street vendors, landscapers, recyclers, and other outdoor workers).
Inclusive Action is kicking off this fund with $20,000 thanks to two generous donors – and calling on the community to help us grow the fund and help more workers. Our goal is to raise an additional $20,000 to double the amount of people we can help. Please donate any amount to help us reach our goal. 100% of the donation proceeds will go directly to impacted workers.
Those of us who make our living by working outdoors are at increased risk, given the severe air quality and proximity to wildfires. Join us in helping these workers and entrepreneurs access resources to help secure their safety, homes, or any other immediate needs during this challenging moment.
Lastly, if you know anyone who can benefit from this fund, encourage them to apply:
