Cashdyn Brindley

As every knows Laramy and Kaitlyn Brindley’s sweet boy Cashdyn has been fighting most of his time here on earth with childhood cancer… Sadly 3 year old Cash has lost his battle on April 8, 2024 … My heart is absolutely breaking for Kaitlyn and Laramy, no parent should ever have to lay a child to rest! As I sit here trying to figure out what to do or say, I know there is nothing in the world that anyone could do or say that could remotely help their hearts right now… I figure the least we could do is come together as a community and help get this baby’s funeral covered and take one less burned off their plate…If you can donate $1 or $5, there’s enough of us in this town to make sure that we could take care of this and possibly even help them put money on some bills that they have from the hospital cause Cash has been in there for a long time! I can’t fathom the bills they have that are still going to be coming in after his passing, that they shouldn’t have to worry about…This is a family that has done more for this community than anyone that I know… It’s their turn! Please keep them in your prayers this week as they lay this sweet Angel to rest… We love you Brindley family!!! Also, please remember to be respectful of the family’s privacy at this time! Thank you!

Cashdyn McCall Brindley was born on June 16th, 2020 to Laramy and Kaitlyn Brindley in Cedar City Utah. He was the 3rd of three boys, and had two fun older brothers Chaidyn and Chandyn to keep him entertained! He lived a short life of three and a half years, but his fun and vibrant personality made him so special and unforgettable to so many people. He had a pretty extensive vocabulary for someone so young, and would make everyone laugh with the witty things he said. Even though he was the youngest and smallest of the three boys, he was not one that could be pushed around, and held his own in the play fights with his older brothers. It is pretty likely that he was the feistiest of all three. He had a great imagination and was an excellent chef in the little tikes kitchen at his grandparents house. There was no end to the combinations of plastic food meals he put together for the family. He also loved to help cook real food with his Grandma Kim and Aunt Kylee and have his toenails and fingernails painted when his Mama got hers done with Aunt Karly. He loved Primary with Grandma Kim and his cousins, and learned to love Jesus, and he knew that heaven is a safe and happy place.

Little Cashy was lucky enough to be able to go to work with his dad and Grandpa Ladd sometimes, and spend time with them in the trucks, skidster and the excavators when his dad would haul equipment. He knew what the different types of equipment were and would correct anyone who didn’t call them by the right names. He loved to play with his brothers and cousins, ride bikes, four wheelers, and go on rides in the side by side with his family. He liked to pretend he was a dirt bike rider on his little bike, and wanted to be a dirt bike rider when he grew up. He was lucky enough to have a cousin born 8 days before him and he and Wayway were just the best of buddies.
Cashman loved to go camping and looking for horny toads, and just always wanted to be outside on the go. He loved jumping on the trampoline, digging in the dirt for treasures and helping Grandpa Batt mow the lawn. He also enjoyed many sleep overs at Grandpa and Grandma Batt’s house.

Cash’s favorite color was Orange, he loved pizza, hot dogs, Oreos, and peanut butter cups. He was very specific with the happy meal order and wanted 5 chicken nuggies, 5 fries, a toy and a Dr.Pepper. He was the best cuddler and gave the best hugs. He got a little stingy with his kisses though, and would promise that maybe tomorrow he would give you one, or maybe on Wednesday.

“Tuffy” was such a warrior and fought a long hard battle with cancer for over three years, but in the end, cancer was the tougher competitor. Regardless of the fact that he spent so much time in the hospitals and with doctors, he never lost his spirit. He had his own little light that still shined even through all the darkness and pain he was dealing with. Cashdyn passed away peacefully on Monday April 8th, surrounded by all his loving family. He will be so missed by everyone who knew and loved him, but there is peace in knowing that he has a perfect healthy body now, and can run and play to his hearts content.

Cashdyn is survived by his parents Laramy and Kaitlyn Brindley, brothers Chaidyn and Chandyn Brindley, Grandparents Destry and Kristy Batt of Parowan Utah, Travis and Kim Boehm of Enoch Utah, Ladd and Tami Brindley of Kanaraville Utah and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, and Great grandparents and even a great great grandma.

The family would like to sincerely thank all the generous friends and family members that supported them through Cashy’s heroic battle with cancer through their countless monetary donations, gift cards, meals, help with Chaidyn
