Cash’s Cleft Repair Surgery

Hello everyone! My family and I are reaching out today on be half of our son, Cash. When Cash was born, it was discovered in the NICU that he has a soft cleft palate. My husband and I had no idea what this was or what it meant going forward. Cash’s cleft prevented him from creating a suction. It hindered his feeding for a while causing a longer stay in the NICU. We eventually got it down and our little man showed us his resilience and determination. We did learn that in the future he would need corrective surgery to fix his cleft. Eleven months later, that time has come. As we prepare for his surgery at the end of August, we are reaching out and asking for help with the doctor & hospital co pays.
