Cash’s Top Surgery Fund

hi my name is Cash, and I am a transmasc queer nonbinary lad from london. I have created this gofundme, in a desperate attempt to raise the funds for top surgery. I have struggled with gender dysphoria for years, however it has worsened over the last year and has been particularly bad over the past few months. Unfortunately I lost my job to COVID-19, late last year and have been unable to save/ set aside any money for surgery! My gender dysphoria has caused me to feel very uncomfortable within my own body. I live in a state of constant discomfort and pain, as my boobs are very large and heavy, size 33F. To combat the presence and dysphoria surrounding my chest I began binding in 2016, However binding has become an increasingly painful experience for me! binding is a form of compression, but at times can feel as if it is crushing my ribs, it also causes a lot of back pain, and creates difficulty breathing. Hence, my desire to have top surgery is becoming less of a dream and more a desperate need! I am urgent to escape the pain caused on both a mental and physical plane. My dysphoria also makes it difficult for me to leave the house, as I am misgendered quite frequently because of the appearance of my chest, binding helped to reduce its appearance but as stated above, binding is not something I can do on a regular basis. Alongside this all, I have BPD, better known as borderline personality disorder, my moods have a tendency to switch quite frequently and often leave me feeling very unstable, this instability can trigger my dysphoria very easily. Thus, I am reaching out to the collective community, and asking for every ounce of help and support that I can get! It’s sad that this is one of the only options we as trans youth have in order to achieve a basic sense of euphoria and comfortability within our own bodies. Please help me to achieve my goal, and allow me to feel safe and at home within my body! Any donation, any size will be beneficial and help significantly!
