Hello Family and Friends,

 As many of you already know, my sister-in-law, Casie Dodd Kennedy, was recently found to have numerous tumors within her lower abdomen.  She has a tumor on each ovary, as well as, uterine fibroids, all of which need to be removed.  She is scheduled for surgery on October 11.  Unfortunately, Casie is without health insurance at this time, and this surgery will likely add up to greater than $50,000.  All depends on prognosis once the tumors are removed and biopsied. 

 Anyone that knows Casie, knows she has a contagious smile that lights up a room the moment she walks in.  By starting this page, I want to show Casie how much she is loved and supported.  I want to return a piece of joy, which she has given me since I’ve become a part of this family.
