Casper Front Line 24 Hour Run
Donation protected
My name is Justin Kinner, I am a resident of Casper, Wyoming with a desire to help in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis that has flipped the world as we know it upside down. The Casper Frontline 24 Hour Run is a rain/snow, or shine run I will be completing from 7:30 AM Friday April 10 to 7:30 AM on Saturday April 11, 2020. All proceeds will be donated to our local professionals/first responders on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic. The run itself will also serve as a reminder to everyone that although "stay-at-home" orders are in place, you are still encouraged to get out your door to exercise as long as you are following proper social distancing guidelines. Exercise releases chemicals in our brains helping reduce stress, which in turn can increase your immunity.
There are a lot of opportunities in adversity to better yourselves. If this run accomplishes nothing besides inspiring you to become the best version of yourself in the face of such adversity then it will be successful, but helping those who help us is the ultimate win for which we strive in this effort. Feel free to donate up front before the run, or you can commit to donating per mile for added incentive for me to keep pushing forward. Want to get in on the action? Get a hold of me if you’re interested in pacing during the run, and I’ll be sure to stagger you into the schedule. On Strava and want to join in? Go for a run or ride between 7:30AM Friday (4/10) and 7:30AM Saturday (4/11) and donate per mile/per minute or a flat amount for your activity and share on gofundme.com/f/casper-frontline-24-hour-run, or with the #casperfrontline24. If you can't spare any funds, but you feel compelled to drop a line of encouragement for the cause please do so, as beating this will be much easier if we are all diligent together!
Donations can also be made to Complete Physical Therapy in Casper with the memo;
