Hi, my name is Bo (Any/All) and I am fundraising to support my friend Cass (They/It) in their battle to find proper legal counsel. Cass, who is a trans femme xenogender non-binary individual, was recently notified that an old drug charge was being filed against them in Texas only days from the statute of limitations of three years running its due.

I am very worried for their safety as getting prison time as a trans femme person in Texas is incredibly dangerous and possibly life-threatening.

So far we have not been able to find a lawyer who can work with them Pro Bono so we are now having to raise funds to cover a legal defense as Cass cannot afford to pay for it out of pocket.

Help us make sure Cass remains safe and out of prison.
