Cassidy & Kady's Wedding Fund

On August 21st of 2016, just before starting our senior year of high school, I finally realized that I was in love with my best friend of 3 years. Looking back on it, it was so obvious, but I guess one gets blindsided when instead of getting nervous and fluttery around a person, they get calm and serene instead. I never thought that I would be lucky enough to find such an amazing partner.

As of the time I'm writing this, Kady and I have been together for almost 7 years, with four of those years being long distance when I was away at college. Even when we couldn't be together physically, Kady has always been a shining beacon in my life. She is the person that I don't have to say a word to in order to communicate my thoughts and the person who can make me break apart with laughter with nothing more than a look. We have known since our third year of dating that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, but now that we are finally planning our wedding day, we've hit a financial roadblock.

Not too long ago, Kady suffered a health crisis that left both of our savings accounts drained. She is safe and is quickly moving toward a full recovery, getting better each and every day. We are almost on the other side of it, but we don't have the funds to fully finance our wedding.

Most of the money from this fundraiser will go towards payments for the venue, which we have already booked and thankfully placed a downpayment on. The rest will be going towards other wedding costs, such as a photographer, a florist, and our wedding cake and dresses.

Our wedding will be held on the 21st of September in 2024, please help us get there!
