Cassie, Levi Noland

As I sit here and think how to put into words I stop and wonder just where do I start.

December 2015 I was not looking for another Aussie. I had one and that was going to be it. I stayed away from being tempted. Will I looked just once and there he was one male Red Tri. I contacted the seller and proceeded to place a deposit. The puppy was great and almost four years later is just another wonderful Aussie.

Will as my luck would have it I not only got a great little Aussie who I named Winchester I got a new best friend in his breeder.

Cassie Strong at that time was mid 20’s and I mid 60’s. We soon formed a friendship which continues to this day. Never thought with my puppy purchase did I image a wonderful friendship would form.

Will Cassie married Brandon Noland and became a Mrs. They were blessed with twin boys.

Levi and Nate. Nate is a fun loving adorable little guy. Who is so loved by his family and everyone who he meets.

Levi and Nate are called identical twins. They also had a condition called twin to twin syndrome.  Prior to their birth a surgery was performed in uertro. This procedure allow both babies to develop successfully. Prior to surgery baby A Nate was taking all the nourishments. So baby B Levi was not getting what he needed. Surgery was performed and it was a success. they both started to grow and gain weight. Cassie was on bed rest most of her pregnancy.

When a csection was performed Levi struggled from his first breath. It was touch and go even then.

As the months went on the Doctors visits for Levi were 3 or more times per week.

Levi struggled to survive he and his wonderful family had not given up hope.

Currently Levi is in Texas Children’s Hospital Houston Texas. His hospital stay is unknown at this point.

Levi cannot hear, see or even eat. He has a feeding tube but his body has rejected that nourishment. He now has a permanent IV for nutrition.  With possible new surgery procedure to try to correct. 

Cassie and Brandon have a new baby girl born March 23, 2019. Her name is CodiBelle and she’s just a beautiful blessing.

Now I would like to ask all my friends, people who I don’t know please go to the GoFundMe page I have set up.

This page is for daily expenses which insurance doesn’t cover. Food, gas, parking, over night stays. Cassie wants to be able to get to Levi within minutes not an hour from her home Conroe by staying at a hotel. That becomes very expensive. She and her mom trade off in 12 hour shifts. Allowing them to go back to the hotel to sleep. Cassie and Brandon are in catch 22 situation. They make too much money according to Social Services. I don’t know how that works but they gave the final word on no financial help can be provided. I know that seems so unfair but rules are rules.

So once again please contribute whatever you can. Truly as much as 1.00$ helps.
