Castle Twins - Birth, Surgery and Recovery

Donation protected
In November 2020, Dwight and Stephanie received the unbelievable news that the babies in Steph's womb are conjoined twins. Since then, the couple have been on a roller coaster ride of visits to specialists, offerings of best and worst-case scenarios, prayers, fears and lots of waiting to see how the babies develop.

Thankfully, the Castles have received encouraging news as the twins have grown. The girls, Susannah Jane and Elizabeth Florence, are beating the odds of many conjoined twins in utero. They are ultimately healthy and expected to be born in mid-late April at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The surgery prep process will begin 3-6 months later and will require them to temporarily relocate to Philadelphia, where they will remain throughout the separation and recovery process.

Dwight and Steph are navigating hundreds of logistics as they prepare to welcome Susannah and Elizabeth, many of which will come with heavy financial expense. Our hope is to raise funds to support them now through the babies' recoveries. Beyond the medical bills, they will have living expenses for 6+ months in Philadelphia, travel expenses, child care needs for their three big kids, and much more.

The Castles are leaning on the prayers of God's people and are trusting Him for every provision in this incredible journey. Thank you for considering a donation to support them.
