Cat bite turned infectious!!

My name is Ronda and ai am trying to help a friend and my dog’s groomer out.

Suzanne is a professional pet groomer. February 23rd, she was bit by a cat on her left hand during the grooming process. By Friday morning, she had a serious infection. She went to the doctor and received IV antibiotics, a splint, and strong antibiotics to continue taking at home. She was also instructed to soak her hand 4 times a day in Epsom salt. The doctor had her return for a recheck on Saturday and Monday, but there was no improvement. So, on Tuesday, she was sent to an orthopedic hand specialist. He examined her hand and decided to give it 2 wks for her body to fight and the antibiotics to do their job. If the hand is not healed in 2 wks, surgery is an option. She is not able to work because the hand is so swollen and painful, it is not usable. Suzanne has her own shop and has already lost 6 days of work, which makes it impossible to pay the bills that keep the business open. Such as rent and insurance.

Suzanne raises amazing and beautiful shelties. She shows them all over the country and does exceptionally great with them! Her pets are her family!

She is the sweetest person and didn’t want to ask for help but I decided to help her out. She is unable to do any grooming and that’s what pay her bills! Please help if you can!
