Loving Cat in critical condition: rattlesnake bite

My wonderful cat, Luci, was bit by a rattlesnake yesterday morning (07/04) at around 9:30am. He came home screaming in pain, wouldn’t put weight on his front left paw, and slightly foaming at the mouth. We rushed him to the emergency vet where his bloodwork came back normal so they originally diagnosed him with a abscess. Around 4:30pm they were getting ready to send him home and noticed that his wound wasn’t clotting. Upon consultation with a specialist it was discovered that it was actually a rattlesnake bite. He has had two viles of anti-venom but had to be put on a ventilator last night. His current vet bills are already maxing out my care credit and if he improves today we want to continue treatment. He could go either way at this point but anything helps. If you would like to donate directly to his vet, let me know and I will give you the information.
