Jarred Smalley of Tampa was brutally attacked last month while he was walking home, breaking his neck in three places. Jarred is a true animal hero who has literally volunteered thousands of hours to help big cats and be a voice for animals in need. This unprovoked attack as not only left him unable to work, but also with mounting medical bills, his insurance is covering some but the bills will keep on coming...
