Farewell to Catfish Callaway

Hello friends of Fish.

As many of you know, after having been given up for gone, Catfish regained consciousness for just long enough to say farewell to his kids, enjoy and laugh at the posts of his passing, and to decide his own fate. He chose to come back to Ft Stockton for hospice care, but while I was getting up and dressed to go see him yesterday, our beloved Catfish slipped away into the next dimension. However, I did go up anyway to provide support to his kids Taylor, and Justin, and before we left, Taylor ended up puttting her father's final expenses on her card. This a huge burden for her and Justin and one that I am hoping all of Catfish's friends will help them to bear. I believe the handling of Gary’s remains will be about $5,000, and there are additional transport and travel expenses as well. I am hoping that between all of his friends we can raise at least $8,000 to help them with this expense. Anything remaining beyond these expenses will be used to fund a celebration of life for our friend Catfish - undoubtedly ending with a river trip somewhere. Please consider helping if you can.
