7 Marathons in 7 Months in memory of Cathal Hynes

Hi everyone, my name is Trevor and I'm here to raise funds in memory of a dear friend to so many, a son, a brother, an uncle and all round legend by the name of Cathal Hynes! Unfortunately Cathal left us far too early and will forever leave a massive hole in all our lives.

Cathal had many nicknames over the years and one of them was "The 7" owning to his tenure at number 7 for Carnmore Hurling Club for many years!

With that in mind - I, with help from more of Cathals friends and family, will be attempting to run 7 Marathons in 7 Months starting with Westport in April and finishing with Dublin in October 2024. Having no real experience in marathon running I've no doubt this will be a challenge but I know I'll get the push I need to get over the line from donations we get in memory of such a great friend and man.
