As a family we have never asked for help but now feels like the right time to ask as we prepare to lose our gorgeous mum/daughter/wife/sister/auntie & best friend.

On Monday 12th August 9am I found my mum unconscious due to cardiac arrest. Mum has been extremely poorly since which has resulted in her spending the last few days in ICU. On Wednesday we were told to prepare for the worst as mum has suffered extreme brain damage due to no oxygen getting to her brain for 40-50 minutes. Mum has now had her ventilation tubes taken out and is now breathing on her own until she takes her final breath. We have now been left without our gorgeous Mum & best friend our lives have changed forever.

I am asking for help towards a funeral for mum to give her the best send off and to also provide help for my dad and little brother as dad now prepares to be a single dad for his 2 kids. Even if this just covers the cost of a funeral car, flowers etc it would mean the absolute world to my family. £1 / 50p means everything. I have never once asked and I hate to feel like I’m begging but we just want to give my mum the best send off we can.
