Cathy and Pat's house fire relief

My sister and brother-in-law have lost their home. No harm came to them, or Lucy, the hero dog, but they are in financial stress.
They are missing work, staying in a motel, buying clothes (at the thrift store) and keeping Lucy, the hero dog, at a pet sitter.
Unsure of where the fire originated, either the garage or the motor home, there is question of how the insurance companies will respond. This makes knowing when relief will come quite uncertain.
The stress is overwhelming and your help could alleviate some of that.
Oh and Lucy...she did what any great dog would do and alerted them to the danger, giving them time to get to safety.
