Cathy Morrow's Care Fund: Your Help Is So Appreciated

A group of friends is fundraising for a dear friend, Catherine Morrow, who is in need of home health care as she draws near the end of her battle with cancer.

Cathy spent her career as a 4th grade teacher at Englewood Public Schools, where she touched the lives of hundreds. Her dedication to her students and her skill in the classroom earned her the honor of being a favorite teacher to many children, and the admiration of her colleagues.

A battle with cancer took her out of the classroom into an early retirement, sadly, and after losing her husband two years ago, things have become more difficult. Cathy fought hard for many more years than her doctors could have ever predicted, but Cathy is now on hospice, and cancer has overtaken her. Cathy is now in need of home health care. This need and level of care is going to increase as time goes on. Hospice only provides a few hours a week. We are looking to establish an account from which Cathy can draw payments for a home healthcare aide.

She has decided to stay at home during her time in hospice. Let's make that one last request happen for Cathy.
