Cat’s Fight

Hi my name is Sheyna and as one of Cats friends and colleagues would like to set up this fundraiser to help with medical and treatment costs for her cancer journey.

Catherine is a mother of 5. Mum to Kayla, Aedyn, Connor, Callum, and Atticus.

On 3rd July 2023 Cat was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast Cancer requiring Chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.

While we are hopeful for Cat we would like to ease some of the burden for Cat and her family, by ensuring one thing she doesn’t have to worry about is finances. This would include transport, medical bills, comfort care, and any other unexpected bills along the way. The funds that we raise would be distributed in consultation with Cat on any bills or any requirements she may need during her journey.

Cat would like to work throughout her treatment although she is unsure if she’ll be able too, as it is unknown how she will respond to the treatment required.

Cat is a very cherished member of our Nurse/Midwife family and we would love to help her as much as we’re able too! Cat is/has worked as a midwife for many years supporting women and their families now it is our turn to support her and her family.

This journey is going to be long and arduous for Cat with many unknowns we would like to ease that burden! No matter big or small every donation will help!
