Cats Pawjamas - Medical Contingency Fund
Tax deductible
Cats Pawjamas Rescue Society is a new non-profit Cat and Kitten Rescue in the Kansas City metro area and we need your help to re-build our Medical Contingency Fund.
Last night, there was an emergency situation with one of our fosters that generated a $400 veterinary ER bill and, sadly, ended in euthanasia.
We have a 6 week old torti kitten in our care (a baby of the one we just lost) that has a LARGE congenital hernia that will require surgical mesh to repair. Since surgical mesh is a human product, the cost to repair is expected to be significantly higher than an average hernia repair.
We have a young cat that came to us from a hoarding situation that has stomatitis and requires a full mouth tooth extraction. These generally run $1000+.

Please help us address these unexpected, and unexpectedly expensive, medical needs for those in our care.
Please share!

Thanks in advance for your contribution.
