Tis the season! Cat has been extremely excited for Christmas to come around. She has bought some presents and has wrapped them herself even though it is extremely painful for her to do so. She also decorated her apartment with the help of her Aunt Lucy!
Unfortunately, she hit another speed bump moving her further away from her Christmas wish of good health. Cancer has spread to above her eye and is compromising the health of her brain. She will spend most of her holiday getting radiation treatments in hopes that it will prevent cancer from hitting her brain and causing severe brain damage. After those treatments, she will need another scan and potentially more radiation for a tumor that was also discovered on her back.
I know that it sucks to be asked for money multiple times but at this point, Cat is running out of money. Her landlord increased her rent a couple of months ago and the funds collected thus far are going pretty quickly. Money spent has primarily been for the Vitamin C treatments that make her feel better. Since she is unable to get herself to the vitamin C appointment she needs to pay for them to come to her ($500 a session). She needs them weekly in order to not experience extreme pain and to continue to give her hope.
It is extremely difficult to put into words what she is going through. It is extremely difficult to see someone you love suffer.
Please consider donating a small amount to Cat this Christmas so that he can continue her difficult journey with less financial stress.
Again, we are EXTREMELY grateful for all the donations that have been sent her way already. She is blessed to have some many people that love and support her. We are constantly blown away by all of the love.
If you are unable to donate, we understand. Please send positive vibes her way or prayers for a miracle.
Love - Shannon and Katie
