Cheryl and David Catt family house fire

Donation protected

2/6/2023 at 6am the Catt family worst nightmare happened, their house was tragically damaged to a house fire due to a space heater. By the grace of god no one was hurt. Sadly she lost one of her pets. Like everyone her insurance backed out of Louisiana after Hurricane Ida and due to storm damage they have struggled to secure affordable insurance at the worst time. We appreciate the out pour of support but can't accept material donations at this time due to lack of storage.
Immediate needs are temporary housing, storage space, and fostering for thier pets in or around the Indepence, La area as we attempt to begin to plan the long process of cleaning and restoration.
Cheryl Catt has open her home to many thru the years either for a hot meal, a place to sleep or rest and has struggled with health issues as her husband works out of town.
We will be setting up a bank account at the local bank and any support would be appreciated.
All the messages and calls are appreciated and we apologize if we not returning them in a timely matter but we will.
