Cavalier Classic 2024, Frozen in its Tracks!

The Cavalier Classic 2024 is the largest fundraiser for Jefferson Choirs and was cancelled due to winter weather conditions on Thursday. Over the course of 2 days we had expected to host 1,000 performers and upwards of 3,000 people. Friday we planned to host 5 middle school groups and on Saturday 6 Jazz ensembles and 17 show choirs, including 3 unified groups. To say we were heartbroken on Thursday is an understatement. The number of hours the students, directors and booster members put into planning such a large event is immeasurable. Our goal was to make it the best experience for all of the participants.
