Hi everyone I am going to run a fundraiser for Cavan psychiatric ward and pieta that helped my self and many others with mental health the work they do is outstanding. Mental health is something that hits home for myself and want to take chance to raise awareness about mental health. My fundraiser is going be running 4km every 4hrs for 48hrs !! With help of few freinds to run along with me.We will be posting each run and the time to keep yous updated. Feel free to join in a walk/run of your own and post picture we’re not in this alone
